Kitchens & Baths:  These rooms should “sparkle”.  Buyers judge a property and its general condition many times by the way these rooms look. Buyers often feel if the Seller doesn’t maintain the cleanliness of the home, they don’t tend to the maintenance either.

Odors:  Just as the home should look clean, it also should smell clean and be smoke free.

Small Repairs Can Make a Difference:  Dripping faucets, loose knobs, squeaky hinges, or sticking doors could indicate neglect to the prospective buyer.  Minor repairs can greatly increase the salability of your home. Any known problems need to be disclosed in the Seller’s Property Disclosure Statement.
